\Job Summary:
\We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusive Learning Tutor with expertise in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behaviours of concern. As a key member of the Foundation Learning Department, you will provide tutorial and pastoral care for learners with learning disabilities or difficulties.
\Responsibilities:

- Provide individualised support and guidance to students with ASD and behaviours of concern.\
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.\
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.\
- Participate in curriculum planning and product development to enhance student outcomes.\
- Act as a Course Leader, responsible for student assessment and accreditation.\
- Stay updated on SEND learner agendas and implications for delivery and promotion of learning.\
- Apply knowledge of accreditation frameworks, assessment strategies, and assistive technology to teaching practices.\
