About the Role

We are recruiting for a passionate SEN Lecturer to join our thriving SEN College in Wandsworth. As an SEN Lecturer, you will play a vital role in inspiring and supporting learners with high-functioning Autism to achieve their potential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs and interests of students with high-functioning Autism.
  2. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and carers to develop individualized education plans.
  3. Support students in acquiring essential life and work skills through academic or vocational studies.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, QTS/QTLS or equivalent).
  • Experience working with students with Autism, preferably in a post-16 setting.
  • A strong commitment to inclusive education and empowering young people with SEN.
