FUTURE EDUCATION is looking for a skilled and empathetic Post-16 Behaviour Assistant to join our team. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in supporting students with complex needs and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves providing bespoke support to post-16 students, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their academic potential. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support, while also promoting self-esteem and confidence among students.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Deliver tailored support to post-16 students with ADHD, SEMH needs, and challenging behaviour.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to develop strategies that enable students to access the curriculum and achieve their academic goals.
  3. Contribute to a holistic approach to student support, working collaboratively with parents and external professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience working with students with complex needs in an educational setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
