SEND Post-16 Education Facilitator

Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd works with schools based in Enfield that cater to students aged 16 - 25 years with SEND. These students have various learning difficulties, speech and language communication needs, and other complex requirements.
We are currently looking for a skilled SEND Post-16 Education Facilitator to join our team. This role will involve supporting students with SEND in their education and personal development.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with SEND, particularly in a post-16 setting. They will also possess knowledge of risk assessments, safeguarding, and disability equality practices.
The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Enfield.
Responsibilities include supporting students with independent travel, delivering tailored travel training, and preparing and implementing risk assessments.
