About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Matchday Food and Beverage Assistants. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at Forest Green Rovers Football Club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Manage cash handling and operate the EPOS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and matchdays.
