Job Title: Senior Third Party Agreements Manager

Location: Birmingham or London

Salary: £47,450 - £59,300 per annum, plus a flexible benefits fund of 20% paid on top of the base salary and fully pensionable.

Job Description:

This critical role involves leading the negotiation, development, and embedding of contractual arrangements with selected third parties to facilitate the construction and operation of the HS2 network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of complex Third Party Agreements to enable the Delivery and Operation of HS2.
  • Ensure compliance with Third Party Agreement process and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with other Directorates to identify requirements for third party agreements and devise a programme for delivery and implementation.
  • Manage contractual relationships with Third Party Stakeholders.
  • Manage interfaces with Delivery and Operations directorates to influence delivery strategies and ensure requirements of Commercial Agreements are appropriately shared with contractors.
  • Develop and assess commercial models for charging by third parties and/or pricing HS2 services, effectively managing risk and driving best value.
