KPI Education is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic STEM graduate to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. If you have a passion for education and a strong understanding of your chosen STEM subject, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with students on a 1-1 and group basis within your specialist subject
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and progress
  • Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide additional support to students who require extra help
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and productive classroom culture

Requirements:

  • 1st or 2:1 degree from a reputable university
  • Strong understanding of specialist subject
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in education or a related field is desirable but not essential

What We Offer:

  • Funded access to training opportunities to improve your ability to thrive in the position
  • Opportunity to train to teach from September 2025
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
  • Earning potential - £465-£540 per week
