About Our Relief Pool

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Moray relief pool as a Support Practitioner. As a relief colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities and additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as shopping, finances, cooking, and personal care.
  • Encourage and participate in activities that promote social interaction and personal growth, such as arts and crafts, gardening, and leisure activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • A caring and compassionate attitude.
  • Active listening skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • A positive approach to learning.
  • Confidence in the use of computers.
