About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Hill House School and Residential provision. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our young people.

Our school and residential provision is located in the picturesque village of Boldre, with easy access to the seaside resort of Lymington. We have recently been rated 'OUTSTANDING' by Ofsted and are proud to be the flagship 'One Planet Living' school for CareTech Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the educational and personal development of our young people
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to provide a safe and nurturing environment
  • Assist with daily living tasks and activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, families, and colleagues
