We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care and support to clients with spinal injuries and complex needs
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
- Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Participate in manual handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Support clients to engage in social activities and maintain their independence
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Experience working with clients with complex needs and spinal injuries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS clearance
