Job Title: Support Worker
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Wrexham, Mold, Flint, and surrounding areas of North Wales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients with spinal injuries and additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to clients with spinal injuries and additional needs
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
- Liaise with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Support clients to engage in social activities and maintain their independence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans
Requirements:
- NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Experience of working with clients with spinal injuries and additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and develop
