DT Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated DT teacher to join our team at an Alternative Provision School in Liverpool. As a DT teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students with complex needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging DT lessons to students aged 11-14.
  • Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. You should have experience teaching DT, ideally at Key Stage 3 level, and a proven track record of working with students who have EHCPs in place.

A strong understanding of classroom management, safeguarding, and the ability to handle challenging behaviour are essential for this role.Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
