About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Teacher to join our team at People Dynamix. As a key member of our educational staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students in EY, KS1, and KS2 settings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Teaching and mentoring students to ensure they reach their full potential
* Developing and implementing curriculums that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
* Providing constructive feedback to students to drive pupil achievement and behaviour

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

* QTS and a strong understanding of educational best practices
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
* Ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
* Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS on update service or dated within the last 12 months

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All staff are subject to robust vetting procedures, including Enhanced DBS checks.

Estimated salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum.
