Regional Manager Opportunity at Community Integrated Care

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Regional Manager, you will play a key role in the region's growth plans and develop our presence as a leading provider in the region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be the registered manager for their geographical patch and provide leadership to 5 Service Leaders who have responsibility for 19 Services across Halton. You will be responsible for the operational and financial performance of a number of Services ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to 5 Service Leaders and 19 Services across Halton
  • Ensure operational and financial performance of Services
  • Comply with statutory and contractual requirements
  • Contribute to the formulation of the organisation's business planning process
  • Implement business plan within allocated services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional Qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g. qualified Nurse, Social Worker SVQ L4 or Care and Management L5)
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Medication L3 Training
  • Deep understanding of person-centred care
  • Full UK Driving Licence
