About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Account Director to join our team at Harvest Digital. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated marketing plans that meet our clients' marketing and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a strategic partner and providing guidance on digital marketing strategies.
  • Lead the account team to deliver compelling and inspiring marketing solutions across channels to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with our Planning Director and channel specialists on channel mix and campaign strategy.
  • Undertake online sector and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular monthly updates to the forecast for your accounts, including justifications for decisions.
  • Negotiate and establish financial arrangements with clients, ensuring account/project profitability and maintaining agreed fee income.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of online channels and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate a diverse team of specialists to deliver on client briefs efficiently.
  • Experience managing and growing strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
