About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Accounting and Finance Specialist to join our Commercial Finance team at Valda Energy. As a Financial Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across the business. You will work closely with various departments to develop realistic financial plans, prepare management information, and present complex financial information clearly and succinctly to non-financial stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
This role involves taking ownership of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to develop financial plans that align with company strategy. You will also prepare and deliver regular financial reports and analysis, evaluate the financial impact of new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales initiatives, and develop business case proposals. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring financials are managed in line with business plans for both short and long term.

Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days of annual leave, private medical insurance, life insurance, employee assistance programme, and a salary sacrifice pension scheme where we will match contributions up to 4%.
