Key Responsibilities- Provide expert therapy services to children and young people in a variety of community settings, including patient homes, community hospitals, and local clinics.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of patients.
- Use your clinical expertise and judgment to create a safe and supportive environment that enables patients to reach their full potential.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and policies that promote best practice in paediatric therapy.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
- Recognized Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent.
- Health and Care Professions Council - Licence to Practice.
- Registered Member of professional body.
- Minimum of 5 years paediatric experience.
- In-depth and recent experience in a specialist clinical area.
- Evidence of continued professional development in area of clinical specialism.
- Experience of providing line supervision and/or clinical supervision in area of clinical specialism.
- Evidence of innovative working and supporting change.
- Evidence of creating profession-specific documentation (care pathways/leaflets).
- Experience of partnership working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in patient engagement and audit.
- Experience of delivering training within clinical specialism to a range of audiences.
