About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Paediatrics. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist therapy services to children aged 0-19 as part of an East Sussex Children's Integrated Therapy Service.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated therapy services to children with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Manage a complex and specialist clinical caseload, providing high-quality and cost-effective services to disabled children and young people and their families.
  • Supervise and appraise Band 5 staff and/or Assistants/Key Workers within the team.

Requirements

  • State registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.
  • Documented evidence of continued professional development.
