We are seeking a dedicated Substance Misuse Recovery Worker to join our team at HMP Five Wells, a Category C resettlement prison in Northamptonshire. Our prison offers a supportive environment and excellent facilities, providing the ideal setting for individuals to recover from substance misuse and achieve their goals.

As a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives. You will work closely with patients to promote health and wellbeing, delivering outstanding care and support. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping individuals overcome substance misuse and achieve a healthier, more fulfilling lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to patients with substance misuse issues
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective recovery plans
  • Provide education and guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and substance misuse prevention
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive environment within the prison
