At Care Managers Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Healthcare Specialist to join our temporary staffing team.

Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, delivering exceptional care to children and young people within the NHS Trust in Salisbury.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to children and young people across a variety of settings, including wards, outpatient clinics, and emergency departments.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans tailored to individual patient needs, administering medications, treatments, and procedures safely and effectively, ensuring accurate documentation.

In addition, you will provide emotional support to patients and families, helping them understand medical conditions and treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, including medication administration, wound care, and the management of medical devices.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £18-25 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime and additional benefits.

We also offer holiday pay, DBS disclosures, weekly payroll runs, employer's pension contribution, and regular and advanced shift bookings.

Additionally, you will receive a £500 sign-up bonus for registering with our agency and a £200 referral fee bonus for referring a nurse who we place in a contract.
