Imperial Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and order processing for our business partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Process sales orders and ensure timely completion of customer installations.
- Manage customer service enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate shipments and liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Finance in managing business partner payment and credit terms.
- Archive and invoice orders, and coordinate with the Aftersales Team to resolve aftersales issues.
- Liaise with other departments to create a customer-centric atmosphere.
- Manage time and workload effectively to deliver high standards of service.
- Demonstrable experience in sales order processing and customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use judgement and problem-solving skills.
- High standard of IT literacy, including accounting software and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to change daily.
