About the Role

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for a North London Civil Rail Contract Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of high-value civil engineering projects in North London, including bridges and major station upgrades.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and subcontractors. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate commercial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial aspects of civil engineering projects in North London
  • Provide assistance and guidance on all commercial issues within the project
  • Administer subcontractor/supplier accounts
  • Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years experience in a commercial role working on civil engineering projects in the UK
  • Strong understanding of NEC 3 contracts
  • Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (desirable)

Salary: £60-£80k+pkg
