About the Role

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our team on multiple Civil Rail Projects across the London area.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience delivering large multi-discipline rail projects within a main contracting environment, with a strong understanding of various forms of contract including NEC and NR contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the employer's commercial team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Implement commercial procedures and reporting to ensure compliance with company and contract requirements.
  • Manage a commercial team comprising quantity surveying, supply chain management, contract administration, cost capture and control, KPI reporting functions.
  • Provide commercial advice to the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or other relevant subject.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent contractual knowledge and understanding of various forms of contract.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits.
