Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Manager at Europa Worldwide Group, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding financial, appointment, and telesales targets. You will maintain and develop your customer base, working closely with a team of talented individuals who share a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source sales leads using the Company's in-house CMS or other sources of information.
  • Make telesales calls to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect.
  • Visit potential customers and prepare quotations for presentation.
  • Manage accounts by maintaining and developing business levels within the client base.
  • Make regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and develop further business opportunities.
