We are seeking an experienced Data Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts, developing our analytics strategies, and creating actionable insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 8 embedded analysts by providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Develop our analytics strategies by uncovering actionable insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Propose, design, and lead analytics projects and initiatives to optimize the use of data and analytics within the business.
  • Work closely with multiple departments and senior leadership to understand key analytical and data challenges and translate them into actionable requirements and deliverables.
  • Work directly with analytics and data leadership teams to undertake sophisticated analysis and provide clear data-driven solutions and recommendations to business problems.
  • Embed and educate across the business a data-driven and insight-led approach to decision making, ensuring appropriate analytical and testing solutions are robust.
  • Directly liaise with key stakeholders and product leads to proactively overcome blockers and keep projects on track.
  • Develop and maintain our reporting solution to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering consultative data analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing a team of data professionals.
  • Ability to apply logic and reasoning with data to identify solutions to complex business problems.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling and action-focused story using data and analytical techniques to capture the minds of key internal stakeholders.
  • Highly effective communication skills to translate detailed analysis into clear documents, business cases, and proposals.
  • Experience with experimentation through conversion rate optimization programs.
  • Strong experience with one or more coding languages (SQL, Python, R) and visualisation tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Excel.

Desirable Skills:

  • Expertise in digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in utilising analytics within digital media mechanics (SEO, PPC, display, and affiliates).
  • Expertise in utilising analytics within CRM and loyalty marketing.
  • Expertise in the financial services market.
