Job Description

The Human Resources Innovation Leader will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, developing training materials, and maintaining an up-to-date library of learning resources. This individual must have a strong understanding of organizational development principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning programs, workshops, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training materials
  • Maintain an up-to-date library of learning resources
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in roles responsible for high potential development, leadership development, or related areas
  • CIPD Level 3 & 5 qualifications in Learning and Development
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required
