  • Leading front office operations to meet or exceed hospitality industry standards
  • Providing coaching and counseling to improve performance and manage disciplinary actions
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve quality service standards and resolve customer issues

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of front of house supervisory experience in a hotel, cruise line, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment
  • Flexibility to manage and direct a dynamic guest services operation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to navigate software packages
