Consultancy Services Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultancy Services Executive to join our Delivery Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of diverse consultancy projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple consultancy projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Provide excellent customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the higher education sector.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work with a range of IT systems and tools, including CRM systems and databases.
  • Knowledge of the higher education sector and its challenges.
