Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Consultant Care of the Elderly to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients who have experienced illness or injury, and will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Holder of Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT)
  • Membership with the relevant Royal College for Physicians
  • Full GMC registration or Eligible
