Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer retention.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, focus on personal growth, and create a culture of excellence by leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximise efficiency, reduce sales cycle time, and improve conversion rates.
- Reporting and Analytics: Use data and performance metrics to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills, product knowledge, and team performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience from prospecting through to post-sales support.
Salary and Benefits: Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break (40 hours per week).
