We are seeking a dedicated Group SHE Assurance Manager to develop and implement industry-leading internal audit processes for Green Barks Search. As Group SHE Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our company's operational activities comply with statutory provisions and recognized best practices across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Group Head of SHE, you'll provide critical assurance to the company's leadership around operational excellence and the upholding of exemplary SHE standards. You will have the freedom to develop and implement an internal audit process to ensure compliance with all SHE regulatory requirements. Your detailed knowledge of HSE legislation will inform the periodic review of SHE risks across the company, addressing compliance deficiencies, changes, and developments to ensure the highest standards are upheld.
With strong communication skills, you will produce and deliver high-quality reports for the leadership, giving accurate and balanced accounts to all stakeholders and building confidence in the wider compliance of the company. Additionally, you'll work collaboratively with business units to create improvement plans and support operational areas to address any weaknesses.
