About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Priory Hospital East Midlands. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for patients, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including completing tasks such as Purchase Orders and arranging patient/staff transport.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is maintained to a clean, tidy, and professional standard.
  • Provide 24-hour cover to manage staff entry and exit from the building, issuing and collecting keys as necessary.
  • Deliver security training to staff and inductees, and undertake scenario testing on escapes and AWOL situations.
  • Assist in the searching of the grounds and check and support section 17 leave and patient exits.
  • Undertake physical security checks and key audits twice daily, and monitor CCTV.
