Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Assistant to provide administrative support to our Complaints Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing administrative support to the Complaints Department
• Managing emails and responding to queries
• Data entry and report production
• Maintaining accurate records and databases

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £12.86 per hour, paid weekly, as well as a range of benefits including 28 days paid holidays (pro rata) and inclusion into our company pension scheme.
