About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in product management, marketing, and commercial development. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduate-level qualification in business or technology, preferably with a master's degree.
  • Proven track record in aftermarket products and service offering design, development, commercialization, promotion, and marketing from concept to launch in a B2B/B2G setting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and international business development expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), with proficiency in a second language advantageous.
  • Ability to assess customer and market needs and translate them into winning value propositions.
  • Analytical skills for effective decision-making and trade-offs.
  • Comfortable working with data and IT systems and building business cases.
  • Leadership skills to lead and direct integrated project teams in an international matrix setting.
