Product Manager

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of software products within our Health Division. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can understand the needs of our customers and develop products that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product features and requirements
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and strategies
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of software development and product launch processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
