Product Manager

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of software products within our Health Division. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can understand the needs of our customers and drive product innovation to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategies to meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop software products
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
- Work with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features
- Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely and successful product launches
- Monitor and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of software development and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
