**Job Summary**

As a Franchise Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting new franchisees to join our network. You will work closely with our business planning partners to support candidates with their business plans and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Your goal will be to identify, engage, and convert potential franchisees into successful business owners.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Attract new candidates to the franchise through various marketing channels and events
* Manage and implement recruitment campaigns within budget
* Organize and lead Discovery events to showcase the franchise opportunity
* Develop and improve the recruitment process to increase conversion rates
* Conduct candidate meetings and presentations to stakeholders
* Work closely with the training team to ensure franchisees receive comprehensive training
* Represent easyStorage at industry events and conferences

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in franchise recruitment or a related field
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand business plans
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong decision-making and leadership skills
* Competent in MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly
