**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Engagement Manager to join our team at Pact. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our family engagement casework within the prison, organizing Family Days, and liaising with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate a broad service to support families in a challenging multi-agency environment
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with families and promote positive relationships
  • Work closely with our subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work, including the development of policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding/child protection practice and other relevant regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of working with families in a challenging environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a demanding workload
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build partnerships with a range of agencies
  • Knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice and other relevant regulations
