Family Engagement Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Engagement Manager to join our team at Pact. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our family engagement casework within the prison, organizing Family Days, and liaising with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of coordinating a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with families in a challenging multi-agency environment. You will also have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage a demanding workload, and the capacity to contribute to the planning and development of Pact's family work.
