We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Expert for HS2 to lead the delivery of our high-speed rail projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

About the Role:

  • Lead the project management of complex railway projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and meeting quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Delivery and Client Directors, to develop and implement project strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on project management best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, proposals, and tenders, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Implement effective communication and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations.

We offer a salary of £83,450 per annum, commensurate with skills and experience, plus a range of benefits, including a flexible benefits fund of 20% paid on top of the base salary and fully pensionable.
