Job Summary
SYSTRA UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to join our team in London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, including experience working on large railway projects, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing systems engineering processes for projects.
- Leading a team of systems engineers with expertise in areas such as requirements engineering, systems design, analysis, modelling, integration, cost/value engineering, change control management, and validation.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant subject and professional institute membership, if desired.
- Proven experience in systems engineering on large railway projects, including requirements and verification, systems integration, interface management, system architectures, common safety method, and human factors.
