Railway System Technologist

We are looking for a highly skilled Railway System Technologist to join our team at Clapham station.
As a Railway System Technologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our railway system, including servicing, maintaining, repairing, and overhauling traction units, components, and equipment.
This role involves attending track calls across the network, diagnosing and rectifying technical faults on the service fleet, and providing detailed recording of faults, fault reporting, data gathering, and verbal communication.
You will also be involved in functionally testing train borne systems with minimal supervision using a variety of techniques and methods.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have appropriate electrical engineering qualifications (Minimum Level 3 Quals), ability to analyse and interrogate data, and a FULL UK Driving License.
The estimated salary for this position is £62,966 per annum, plus excellent benefits including free duty and leisure travel on relevant rail services and 75% discount on other train operators.
