    Direct Collection Bailiffs Ltd, a leading debt recovery and high court enforcement company, is seeking an experienced MI Analyst to join our award-winning team.
  2. The role
    You will work closely with our Strategy, Data and Software Development teams to provide detailed MI/BI across the DCBL Business Group. Your responsibilities will include meeting all reporting, MI and BI requirements, and communicating findings effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Key responsibilities
    • Liaise with departments across the business to communicate findings in a clear and concise manner.
    • Produce, extract, and analyse large quantities of data from various sources.
    • Report on findings to stakeholders with a view to improving processes and procedures.
    • Ensure key trends are identified and clearly articulated to the appropriate audience.
    • Set up standardised/automated data and visualisation output that is accurate, clear, and consistent for MI/BI consumers.
    • Work with high volumes of data, including financial data.
  4. Requirements
    • Excellent SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI reporting skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and awareness of other reporting tools.
    • Experience in training and rolling out new reports/tools desirable.
    • Ability to improve management information and develop MI reports to better support the business.
    • Ability to communicate persuasively and concisely at all levels.
    • Excellent financial and commercial skills.
