Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for leading a team of dental nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of dental nurses to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits
  • Oversee reception and staff rotas
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and undertake some reception duties
  • Ensure the decontamination of instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide excellent patient care and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and other team members
