Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dental nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to CQC standards and best practices.
  • Oversee reception and staff rotas, ensuring efficient and effective practice operations.
  • Update patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Set up decontamination of instruments, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists, assisting with procedures and patient care.
  • Undertake some reception duties, providing excellent customer service to patients.
  • Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus, providing a warm and welcoming environment for patients.
  • Strong communication skills, effectively communicating with patients, dentists, and other team members.
  • Provide excellent patient care, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
