Lead Dental Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join our team at Bupa Dental Care. As a key member of our dental team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dental nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits to maintain high standards.
  • Oversee reception and staff rotas, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide clinical chair-side support to dentists and undertake some reception duties.
  • Ensure the decontamination of instruments and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Provide excellent patient care and maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
