About the Role

Aon's Mergers & Acquisitions team is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering structured risk transfer instruments, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day delivery of broking placements, including client and insurer engagement, preparation of insurer submissions, and drafting of client reports.
  • Daily communication with the Aon deal team to discuss next steps and progress.
  • Post-transaction handling of invoicing and collating post-deal marketing collateral.
  • Supporting the management of stakeholder relationships, including client and adviser relationships.
  • Attending external networking events, conferences, and seminars to contribute to the team's business development efforts.
  • Developing awareness of the broader AMATS capabilities to confidently convey to stakeholders.
  • Assisting with proposals/pitches and managing the team's pipeline.
  • Working with Aon colleagues to develop new innovative solutions and valuable content applicable to both clients and the broader AMATS team.

Requirements

  • Warranty & Indemnity / Tax / or general Transaction Services experience from within Audit / Accountancy / Legal or other analogous industries.
  • Knowledge of the London insurance market is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Project management responsibility within current or previous roles.
  • Experience in developing and managing relationships (internal and/or external) and attending networking events.
  • Experience in producing written outputs and strong attention to detail.
