About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Solutions Associate to join our dynamic team in London, UK. As a key member of our Mergers and Acquisitions team, you will play a critical role in delivering structured risk transfer instruments and providing specialist transaction advisory services to clients across the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver day-to-day broking placements, including client and insurer engagement, preparation of insurer submissions, and project managing the underwriting process.
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, attending networking events and conferences to drive business development.
  • Support the management of stakeholder relationships, including client and adviser relationships, to generate business.
  • Assist with proposals and pitches, and manage the team's pipeline to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with Aon colleagues to develop new innovative solutions, including developing valuable and timely content for clients and the broader team.
Requirements
  • Warranty & Indemnity / Tax / or general Transaction Services experience from within Audit / Accountancy / Legal or other analogous industries.
  • Project management responsibility within current or previous roles.
  • Experience in developing and managing relationships (internal and/or external) and attending networking events.
  • Experience in producing written outputs and strong attention to detail.
