CV Locator is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and HR Specialist to manage all recruitment and HR-related activities within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and HR, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. End-to-End Recruitment:
    1. Search for and screen CVs that meet our requirements.
    2. Review and shortlist job applicants.
    3. Conduct initial interviews, either in person or virtually.
    4. Make recommendations to hiring managers for final interviews.
  2. HR Documentation Management:
    1. Prepare and manage HR-related documents, including new starter contracts, offer letters, and onboarding letters.
    2. Assist in managing disciplinary meetings and other employee relations tasks as needed.
  3. General Support:
    1. Provide support on various HR tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the HR function within CV Locator.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
