Client Account Director

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm, renowned for its innovative solutions in FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration. We're seeking a seasoned Client Account Director to join our team and drive the success of our key B2B client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a sub-team in delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Monitor and drive team performance, focusing on client service levels, response times, and account growth.
- Directly manage Lead and Client Services Executives, overseeing workload distribution, productivity, and report production.
- Accountable for service delivery KPIs and SLAs, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to maintain high-quality service delivery and drive departmental change.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive additional services and growth strategies, leveraging your technical product knowledge and senior relationship management skills.
- 5+ years of client management experience in FX or Fintech, with a strong understanding of FX markets and global economic impacts.
- Proven success in managing a portfolio of enterprise-size clients, prioritizing client requests, and driving account growth through partnership expansion and product upsells.
- Ambition and drive to grow existing client contracts, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mind, able to dive deep into data, identify patterns, and generate insights for the benefit of our customers.
- Leadership and professionalism, with demonstrable line or team management experience in a client-facing setting.
- Technical understanding of payment products/methods, with confidence discussing payment strategies/solutions with high-level stakeholders.
- Self-starting approach to analysing client trends, identifying commercial opportunities for growth, and promoting the company offering through cross-selling.
